Becoming a member of the Fernie Seniors Drop-In Centre is the best way to stay connected, active, and involved. Annual membership is only $25/year and is valid from September 1 to August 31. Membership allows you to participate in all scheduled activities as well as support the Drop-In Centre! Purchase your membership with cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Volunteers are the heart of the Seniors Drop-In Centre and plenty of opportunities to be a part exist! From dedicated Committee work to casual kitchen or maintenance help, volunteers are always needed and apprecated! Reach out to learn more or share skills that you have to offer.

There’s always something happening at the Fernie Seniors Drop-In Centre! Our programs are designed to keep you active, engaged, and connected with others. From Chair Yoga to Casasta, there is something for everyone. Don’t see it on the schedule but would like to. Get in touch with us and we can make it happen!

The Fernie Seniors Drop-In Centre is a federally registered charity in Canada and as such, we are able to issue tax receipts. If you are intersted in donating or learning more, we would love to chat with you. Your support helps ensure the continuation of operations and is much appreciated.

The Seniors Drop-In Centre operates a cafe that is open to Centre members and the public, of all ages. Open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm, the Cafe serves fresh, homemade soups, sandwiches, salads, desserts, daily specials, and more. Cash, cheque, or e-transfer only, please.
